Bunnahabhain Distillery has nestled warmly by the idyllic coastline of Islay since 1881. The only distillery on the island to draw water from its own spring, our malts always carry a distinctive flavourof their beguiling homeland. Cruach-Mhòna [meaning ‘peat stack’ in Scotch Gaelic] echoes the clear, pure water we use at Bunnahabhain, with its lively aromas and natural colour. This peaty dram combines the delicate, salty mist of the sea with the sweet scent of burning grass to create a lingering, smoky flavour.
